We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless stated otherwise.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our items and products are designed to be installed by a professional. Professional installation is HIGHLY recommended. For this reason, we do not assume any responsibility for damage to the item and/or vehicle after the item has been installed to a vehicle. We also do not assume any responsibility for items getting damaged, vehicle damage, broken items, items falling off.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All our products have a one year warranty from purchase date unless specified otherwise.
Our warranty covers:
- any defects in materials used to manufacture your product
- any defects in workmanship under normal use
- any broken components under normal use
Our warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
- Damage caused by natural disaster
- Damage as a result of user error or installation done by a non-professional
- Theft or loss of the product
If your product is eligible for warranty, we will provide you a new replacement or refund for the price of the product.
To file a claim: email us at email@example.com. You may be charged a shipping and handling fee for return label fees and shipment of the replacement.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Customers outside of the United States are subject to all return shipping and handling fees. International orders may not be eligible for refunds due to increased international shipping fees.
