Where Do We Ship From?

All of our products are shipped out from USA warehouses to ensure premium quality and fast fulfillment. In the rare case that an item is out of stock or unavailable locally, we may ship directly from an international manufacturer using express air freight. Any additional shipping charges will be covered by us in this case.

International Shipping:

We proudly ship select products worldwide and have customers all around the globe.

*For some oversized items, additional shipping charges may be required for international shipments and non lower 48 USA states & territories (Hawaii, PR, Guam etc..) Don't love your new mod? We'll take it back w/ no hassle.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your mod to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ultimatemotorsports.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless stated otherwise. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was damaged/wrong/defective in which case we will cover shipping both ways. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and take zero responsibility for any loss or damage during the return shipping.

International/Overseas Refunds

Customers outside of the lower 48 United States are subject to all return/exchange shipping and handling fees. International/Overseas orders may not be eligible for refunds due to increased international shipping fees.
